The objective of the PDP programme is to ensure that our engineering staff are provided with a structured professional development programme.

New graduates can expect a structured professional development programme that includes training opportunities and work experiences, regular feedback on your progress and mentoring support.

More experienced engineers can expect support to gain and maintain Engineering New Zealand quality marks, develop management skills and develop your career in-line with your long term aspirations.
